A second opinion your techs can overrule.

A slow PC that's really something else. Two hours gone at the front line. AIRS reads the machine, says what it thinks and shows its working. Your tech decides what happens next.

Keep your RMM. This isn't here to replace it.

On a managed PC, your agent and remote tool already get you in. AIRS is for the rest, and for the moments when getting in was never the hard part.

The PC with no agent

A new client mid-onboarding. A one-off for a friend of a client. A home laptop the owner swears is work. They open one app, and you're working.

The ticket that needs thinking

It reads the machine, proposes a fix for that PC and explains why. A newer tech gets a second opinion without pulling a senior off their work.

Next to what you have

It works alongside your RMM and PSA. If you run Syncro, it matches customers and assets. Nothing to rip out.

If you do the tickets

  • The AI can only reach for 16 reviewed fixes. Anything else that changes the PC needs your signature.
  • Its checks are read-only, and the PC confirms that for itself.
  • You see the script, the plain explanation and the risk before you sign.
  • If you think it's wrong, ask it why, or ignore it.
  • You stay the person the client talks to.

If you own the shop

  • It won't get used if your techs don't trust it, so try it with them, not on them.
  • Give each tech access to only the clients they should see.
  • Every session leaves a record of who approved what.
  • What your techs solve becomes a fix library they review and approve.
  • We're not promising fewer tickets or fewer techs. Nothing like that has been measured.

Yes, it's a portable app. Here's how to think about that.

CISA and the NSA warn about portable remote tools that run without being installed, and you should keep blocking the ones you didn't choose. AIRS should get past your app control only because you allowed it.

It comes from your shop

Your client hears about it from a tech they know, and you tell them to expect it. It should never arrive cold.

It needs consent, every session

The client agrees for this session only, and can pause or end it at any time.

Nothing keeps running

Close it and access ends. There's no service and nothing starting with Windows.

It isn't code-signed yet

Expect Windows warnings until it is, and plan for them. A code-signed app is on the way.

What your tech actually looks at.

Questions

Is this a way to cut tier-1 tickets?

That's not what we're selling. We have no numbers on it. Think of it as a colleague at the elbow of whoever has the ticket.

Why not paste logs into a chatbot?

Your techs can. AIRS reads the machine directly, writes the fix for that PC, gets your tech's sign-off, and keeps the record without anyone copying anything.

Does the AI have the run of the PC?

No. The AI can only reach for 16 reviewed fixes, like flushing DNS. It picks from the list and can't write or edit one. Once the client has agreed, six just run and ten wait for the client's tap. Anything else that changes the PC needs a tech's signature. A tech can turn the list off per client or per session, and an admin can turn off single fixes.

What about our managed PCs?

You already have a way in. AIRS can still help a tech think through a hard one, but the no-agent machines are where it earns its keep.

Will our own security tools block it?

If they're doing their job, they might, until you allow it. Plan on that. It isn't code-signed yet.

Do we have to change how we work?

No. Your PSA, RMM and ticket flow stay as they are. Writing ticket notes and time into Syncro is coming, not here yet.

Does NetDNA go after my clients?

No. NetDNA runs its own small service, under its own name, only for businesses with no IT person. It doesn't solicit your clients or use your AIRS data for its sales.
