Built by NetDNA, for its own work.
AIRS stands for AI Remote Support. It's made by NetDNA Technology Solutions Inc, an MSP in Penticton, BC. We built it for our own techs. Today it runs only at NetDNA, and founding partners are first in line for their own.
What it's for.
AIRS is what a real tech and their client use together, so nobody has to install an AI on the computer. The AI is built in. It finds problems as it goes and writes fixes for that machine. The tech stays in charge, the client can watch, and nothing keeps running after the session.
It isn't here to replace anyone's RMM or PSA. It works alongside whatever tools a shop already has.
How we build it.
A person signs every change the AI writes
The only exception is the 16 reviewed fixes, and we say so plainly. The AI can only reach for 16 reviewed fixes. Anything else that changes the PC needs a tech's signature.
Trust is proved on the PC
Not promised by the server. Before anything runs, the PC verifies the signature for itself. The AIRS server has no key to approve its own commands.
Show the receipt
Every step is on the record. Each session keeps a tamper-evident text record of what was checked, who approved what, and how it ended.
Honest about what's shipped
And about what's coming. Windows only, for now. A code-signed app and Mac support are on the way, not here yet.
What we won't claim.
Numbers we haven't measured
We're not promising fewer tickets or fewer techs. Nothing like that has been measured.
Approvals we don't have
No regulator has reviewed AIRS, and we don't claim any approval.
That it's finished
AIRS is pre-release. Expect hard questions, and ask them.
NetDNA and the techs who use AIRS.
AIRS is a tool for techs. NetDNA also runs its own small service, under its own name, for businesses with no IT person. The two stay apart.
Does NetDNA go after my clients?
No. NetDNA runs its own small service, under its own name, only for businesses with no IT person. It doesn't solicit your clients or use your AIRS data for its sales.
Already have an IT person? Stay with them. They know your setup.
