Who touched that computer? Now you can ask.

You pay for IT. When something gets fixed, you mostly take it on trust. With AIRS, your tech does the same good work, and each session leaves a written record you can ask to see.

Session record: Harbourview Dental, HARBOUR-04, Dana Reyes

10:42Dana agreed to this session and described the problem.
10:43Read-only check: Office version and account in use. Nothing changed.
10:46Read-only check: sign-in status and recent errors. Problem found.
10:47Fix proposed: clear the old Office sign-in cache. Risk and reason shown.
10:49Sam S. read the fix and approved it.
10:50Fix ran. Outlook opened normally.
10:52Session ended. Access closed.

Three things you can ask for.

Who worked on it

Each session shows which tech worked on it, and who approved what.

What was done

A plain record of the steps, in order, with what each one found.

That your staff agreed

Your staff member agrees to each session, and can pause or end it at any time.

What your tech gets.

It isn't there to replace your tech, and it doesn't check up on them. It does the digging and suggests a fix. Beyond 16 reviewed small fixes, the decision is theirs.

  • A second opinion on hard problems
  • A way to work on PCs with no agent installed
  • The write-up of each session, kept automatically
The AIRS technician console during a live session, showing the client's words, the working diagnosis, each read-only check with its result, and a proposed fix waiting for sign-off.
What your tech works from. Product preview with sample data.

What your staff see.

One small app, opened when they need help and usually after your tech has told them to expect it. They say what's wrong in their own words, and they can watch each step and keep working.

Read the page your staff would see

The AI stays off the PC

It runs on the AIRS server. There's no AI program installed on your computers.

Your tech stays in charge

The AI can only reach for 16 reviewed small fixes, and your tech can turn those off. Anything else that changes a PC needs your tech's signature.

Nothing keeps running

When your staff member closes the app, access ends.

This is your tech's call. Start with them.

AIRS is pre-release, and it's a tool your tech would use, so there's nothing for you to buy today.

Here's a note you can use. Copy it into an email or a text.

Hi, have a look at AIRS by NetDNA. It's a support tool for techs: staff open a small app, the AI suggests, the tech signs anything beyond a short list of reviewed fixes, and each session leaves a record of who did what. Would it be useful for us? https://airsremote.com/business-owners.php

Questions

Do I have to buy something?

No. AIRS isn't for sale yet, and your tech would be the one to decide if it's useful.

Is this saying my tech isn't doing their job?

Not at all. A record protects a good tech as much as it reassures you.

Can my staff say no?

Yes. It only runs when they agree, for that session, and they can end it at any time.

Is the screen recorded?

No. The record is a written log of steps, not video.

What does the AI see?

It works from what the checks read on the PC, mostly settings and logs, and from what your staff member types.

Will it work on everything we have?

Windows PCs only, for now. It needs the internet up, and it can't help if someone is locked out of the PC.
